The Pension Transitional Arrangement Directorate (PTAD) wishes to inform DBS pensioners with their pension bank account domiciled in former Heritage Bank that a dedicated email address has been specifically set up – [email protected] to enable our Heritage Bank Pensioners get expedited resolution to their Bank Account change.

Kindly send all Heritage Bank complaints to the above e-mail address and attach the following documents:

  1. Pensioner’s account statement from the new bank
  2. BVN slip
  3. PTAD Verification Slip
