Public Complaints Commission (PCC) Commends PTAD For Service To Pensioners
The Executive Secretary PTAD, Dr. Chioma Ejikeme received the Honorable Commissioner, Public Complaints Commission (FCT), Comrade Dalhatu .E. Musa and his team who were on a courtesy visit to the Directorate on Tuesday November 9, 2021.
The ES told the PCC that the introduction of administrative reforms has restored public confidence in pension payment. She also assured that with the dedicated and competent staff at PTAD, the Directorate will continue to improve on service delivery to pensioners.
She also assured that a PCC liaison desk will be created in PTAD for further seamless resolution of complaints.
The Honorable Commissioner commended the E.S. and her team for giving hope to the hopeless, making sure complaints are promptly resolved and ensuring synergy between both agencies. He assured the Directorate of the Commission’s continued support.
