“We should not let administrative boundaries stop us from supporting each other. Our strength is in our ability to work together effectively and productively. Let us not act in an “US vs THEM” manner. Rather, let us value our respective roles, appreciate each other’s input and celebrate our successes.”

This was part of the welcome address made by the Acting Executive Secretary, Mr Sulayman Shelleng to officially flag-off the 2023 Customer Service Week Celebrations.

He also said that Celebrating Customer Service Week draws our attention to the importance of customer service and the people who provide it, the need to boost morale and teamwork, reward employees for the significant work they do and raise awareness of the value of customer service. There is no other time than now to let you know we are proud of the hard work that you put in here every day.

The representative of the National Coordinator, SERVICOM and Head of Operations, Mrs Ngozi Akinbodewa and the representative, Public Complaints Commission (PCC), Mrs Sarah Adeniran in their goodwill messages commended the PTAD team spirit in providing exceptional services and encouraged all to continue to exceed pensioners expectations. The representative of the National Pension Commission (PenCom) was also in attendance.

Pensioners who walked in during the event also commended PTAD for its service and commitment to pensioners welfare.

“Team Service” is the theme for the 2023 Customer Service Week, an international celebration of the importance of customer service and of the people who serve and support customers on a daily basis.
